How to Return

If for any reason you are not happy or have any problem with our product, just email us within 7days after receiving the product and we will assist.

Please follow these steps:

1. Email us

Email ozsofabed@gmail.com with your name, order number and product you wish to return so we can discuss about the arrangement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, you will need to return your items to us at your own cost, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return the item

You are required to return the item to our store/warehouse at your own cost. You can bring it in person or post it back. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return method and the costs incurred. We will only refund if the item arrive at our store/warehouse undamaged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
